Mandi Tattershall is standing to become your Labour councillor for Hemel South East, covering Corner Hall, Bennetts End and Nash Mills.

Mandi Tattershall was born in Bennetts End and has lived in Hemel Hempstead all her life. Mandi has a proud record campaigning for Hemel Hempstead and Bennetts End where she has been a school governor. Mandi is a working mum who has been a single parent with three children. She has six grandchildren and has cared for her elderly parents.

Mandi knows just how tough it has been for families during lockdown. She will be a strong voice against national cuts to council funding and Tory increases to the council tax. After going to university as a mature student Mandi became a Housing Officer. She puts access to affordable social and private accommodation at the heart of everything she does.

Mandi will also make parents voices heard at Herts Council who are responsibile for education and schools.

We’ve had the same Tories in Hemel Hempstead for over two decades. Now’s the time for change.
