Remembering the fallen

It is with great solemnity that we remember the fallen - their sacrifice was great and the loss felt by those close to them tremendous. Those families who were were the first to move to Hemel Hempstead in the 1950s and 60s - the Hemel Pioneers - were amongst those who suffered the greatest losses across two world wars. We must also remember those local families who have lost loved ones, and those who have been injured, in more recent conflicts.
